The Single-station CNC Sawing Machine is adopted, with one station for cutting and one station for clamping, which is safer and more efficient. It is equipped with a closed outer cover to protect the grinding wheel from damage and reduce dust leakage. It has its own filter element for dust removal, and the cutting dust is automatically sucked into the dust removal room and collected in the dust bucket for centralized treatment. The cutting head automatically slides from the slide to the machine table for easy collection. The equipment is mainly used for separation of pouring and riser of copper, aluminum and zinc castings; it can realize multi-faceted and multi-angle sawing with one clamping; it adopts CNC system control, with fast moving speed and precise positioning.

Functional features:

8. The gate of the product is small, the saw blade rotates fast, and the sawing force is relatively small. The product is clamped and pressed with nylon blocks, so the product will basically not deform. The contoured pressing block can also be designed according to actual needs;
9. The loading and unloading safety door is installed with plexiglass, and a protective net is installed on the inside of the glass to prevent accidental glass breakage. The front door uses a cylinder to automatically open and close the door. Safety gratings are installed on both sides of the loading and unloading door. The other doors that can enter the machine are equipped with door opening detection, and the machine will stop when the door is opened.
