However, the belt-type spindle has a relatively large power and it is very suitable for heavy cutting, so it is widely used in large machining cores.
2. Direct spindle of drilling and tapping machining center.
Direct-type spindles are used a lot in high-speed machining centers and drilling and tapping centers, and often the speed can reach 12,000 rpm. The speed and cutting force are inversely proportional to each other. Basically, the higher the speed, the smaller the cutting force. Therefore, the cutting force of the direct-connected spindle is not as good as that of the belt-type spindle. The belt-type spindle is more stable, and has great advantages in processing some workpieces that require high surface brightness. Machining centers using direct-type spindles are basically mainly for processing small parts and products, and there is no dry cutting.
3. Electric spindle of drilling and tapping machining center.
The electro-spindle is the latest spindle relative to the above two spindles. The speed of this spindle is very high, even if it is 50,000 rpm. Small, the speed of this electric spindle is actually the fastest, but the cutting force is the smallest, and it can only be used for milling. In terms of overseas electric spindles, it can be said that it is more thoughtful than Yu Erguo. The maximum speed of overseas electric spindles can reach hundreds of thousands. This kind of machining center with ultra-high-speed electric spindles is called ultra-high-speed machining core. However, its essential use is probably not as good as that of the direct-connected spindle.
